The Management Team:

Jet Drill Well Services, LLC is led by an experienced management team dedicated to offering the most comprehensive radial jetting solution in the world. Below are brief biographies or our senior management team:

J. Mark Savage, MBA – President/CEO
Mr. Savage is an accomplished business manager who ran or been a senior executive in a number of successful technology-based service companies. Identifying a number of critical flaws in competing technologies, Mr. Savage co-founded Jet Drill Well Services, with the objective of bringing a “complete solution” under a single company. Prior to co-founding Jet Drill Well Services, Mr. Savage was instrumental in helping grow a publicly-traded technology-based service company from below $1/share to over $6.25/share, consummating in a sale for $1.3 billion. Mr. Savage is a member of the SPE and AAPG.

Richard Rigmaiden Sr. – Vice President
Mr. Rigmaiden has been and remains a pioneer in the field of radial jet drilling. Mr. Rigmaiden has made numerous innovations to Jet Drill’s proprietary radial drilling surface equipment and cutting-edge BHA tools. Prior to building the world’s first fully engineered radial drilling unit, Mr. Rigmaiden developed hydraulic power and control systems used for heavy-lift industrial transportation units serving the petrochemical and refining industries.

Jake Jacobson – Vice President
Daniel “Jake” Jacobson is a seasoned veteran of the oil field technology business. Prior to joining Jet Drill Well Services, Mr. Jacobson was a director of technology and support for an independent O&G company. He was a founder and President of Alchem Field Services, Inc., an early leader in gas-to-liquids (GTL) technology whose sale he directed to a Fortune 200 company. Mr. Jacobson served over 20 years and retired as an officer with the US Army. He earned a BA in Business and holds an MBA and MA in Latin American Studies.

Martin Mouisset – Director Technical Operations
Mr. Mouisset has 30 years of mechanical design and troubleshooting experience including power equipment, coil tubing units, drilling equipment, hydraulic power equipment and nitrogen generators. Mr. Mouisset helped spearhead the development of the Jet Drill BHA technology, as well as, the training program for this specialized oil well enhancement equipment. Mr. Mouisset has domestic and international oilfield experience.

Tom Choate – Director Engineering
With a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from LSU and over 30 years of work experience, Mr. Choate spearheads the design and implementation of hydraulics systems, engineering analyses for these specialized coil tubing units. Prior to joining Jet Drill Well Services, Mr. Choate worked in field operations for Texaco in the GOM and in various engineering roles for Camerco, a John Deere Co., as well as for Power Dynamics.

Ric Manuel - Director of Sales & Marketing
Mr. Manuel has over 20 years in sales and management for Fortune 500 companies. He led a sales team that doubled revenue twice, for the company, inside of 4 years. Before joining Jet Drill Well Services, LLC, Mr. Manuel worked for 10 years for Mineral Exchange supervising mineral acquisition in the south.

Tony Fontenot – Field Supervisor
Mr. Fontenot has over 22 years in work-over and completion. Mr. Fontenot was the Rig Operator for Great Southern for over 10 years. Prior to joining Jet Drill Mr. Fontenot was the Production Tubing Installation Supervisor for 10 years with Lamb Services. He comes to Jet Drill with experience domestic and abroad.
